Thank you for shopping with Gear Trends! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle deliveries.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 7–14 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and shipping method.
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for their orders. If you order more than $250 worth of products at once, you will receive free shipping and we will pay the shipping costs.

Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–7 business days Note: Some delivery delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control (weather, customs, etc).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details.

4. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
